1. GENERAL TERMS
By using Southern Gun & Pawn’s services (firearms sales, pawn loans, repairs), you agree to these terms.
Minimum Age: 18+ for pawn loans; 21+ for firearm purchases (or 18+ with VA hunting license).
Government-Issued ID Required for all transactions.
2. FIREARM SALES & TRANSFERS
Background Checks: All firearm sales require a federally mandated background check (via NICS).
Waiting Periods: Comply with VA state law (if applicable).
Private Sales: Must be processed through an FFL holder (no exceptions).
Denied Transactions: No refunds until background check clears.
3. PAWN LOANS
Loan Terms: 30–90 days (interest rates comply with VA pawnbroker laws).
Default: Unredeemed items become property of Southern Gun & Pawn after grace period.
No Refunds on pawn service fees.
4. RETURNS & WARRANTIES
Firearms: No returns on used firearms; new firearms may be returned within 7 days if unfired.
Pawned Items: No returns after redemption.
Repairs: Warranty coverage varies by service (ask staff).
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Southern Gun & Pawn is not liable for:
Illegal firearm use after sale.
Damage to pawned items during storage.
Injuries from misuse of products/services.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Data Collected: Name, ID, contact info, transaction records (required by law).
No Sharing: Info is never sold but may be disclosed to law enforcement if required.
7. GOVERNING LAW
Disputes resolved under Virginia state law.
No Class Actions: Only individual claims permitted.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update terms; check back periodically.
